Uploading Your Data Through Settings

Every now and then we need to have a look at the logs and some details about your app that only exist on your app.

We've built a easy way to do this by uploading your data through our Settings menu, this article steps you through how to do this on your iPhone but the process is very similar on iPad. Android, currently doesn't support this feature yet.

1. Tap the Menu icon at the top left of Happy Inspector and your profile at the bottom left

2. Tap Settings and Troubleshooting

3. Then Tap Upload Data

Tap Upload Data in Happy Inspector

4. Then Happy Inspector will begin Uploading.... Success!

Uploading...   Success!

That's it! It will take a short moment while the data uploads and Happy Inspector will give you a progress bar.

Our Happy Support team will see the notification that your data has uploaded and will follow you up.
